This was our first Halloween trick or treating in our new house in our new neighborhood. Olivia went as a vampire princess bat. Ava went as super girl. The weeks leading up to Halloween had been summer like and warm. When Halloween came, it was a cold 52 degrees. Both the girls were not happy to wear clothing underneath their costumes.
Because it was sooooo cold, we decided to go back home and hand out candy to the other brave souls who braved the cold. We played Halloween music and had a dance party while we waited for the door bell to ring. Several new neighbors stopped by and said hello. It was a fun night!
